Upon approval of the work plan by the Executive Officer, but no later <br /> than 13 April 1990, implement the work plan and submit a problem <br /> assessment report by 25 May 1990. <br /> 3. Monitor the depth to ground water, obtain water quality samples, and <br /> analyze the samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene <br /> and xylenes in all existing and future monitoring wells on a quarterly <br /> basis. Submit quarterly ground water monitoring reports until such time <br /> as the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer <br /> necessary. <br /> 4. Upon notification by the Executive Officer that the extent of <br /> contamination has been adequately defined, but no later than 29 June <br /> 1990, submit a final remedial plan to cleanup and abate the effects of <br /> the discharge. <br /> 5. Within 45 days of the Executive Officer's acceptance of the plan, but no <br /> I ater than 24 August 1990, implement the approved final remedial plan. <br /> 6. Cleanup the waste and abate the effects thereof, and take other necessary <br /> remedial action in accordance with the approved <br /> alpproved final remedial plan. <br /> W A4,t.
