As we discussed over the <br /> telephone today, Brown and Caldwell did not receive authorization <br /> from the Geweke's to proceed on the project until Thursday, <br /> December 4. Therefore, we have not made substantial progress to <br /> date. We will proceed immediately to complete the summary report <br /> which will include: <br /> 1. obtaining analytical results from groundwater samples taken <br /> at the Beacon service station in Lodi. Results are to be <br /> obtained from Ms. Laurie Cotulla of the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District. <br /> 2. obtaining information from Ms. Cotulla on the underground <br /> tank situation at the real estate office near the Geweke <br /> site. <br /> 3. Surveying elevations of wells and measuring current water <br /> levels on the Geweke and, if possible, Beacon sites to <br /> confirm groundwater gradient. <br /> 4. Preparing letter report summarizing data and making <br /> recommendations. <br /> Because of the delay in starting the job, we now estimate the <br /> summary report should be completed and submitted to your office by <br /> the week of January 19, 1987. <br /> 723 SSTREET SACRAMENTO,CA 95814•(916)444-0123 <br />
