Monitoring wells were installed under San .Joaquin County Public Health <br /> ' Services, Environmental 'Health Division (County), Monitoring Well Permit <br /> Numbers 90-1430 through 90-1432. The grouting of the wells was inspected by <br /> a County representative, In addition to County permits, the off-site monitoring <br /> rr <br /> s y weUs(on City of Lodi property)were installed under Cit,of Lodi Encroachment <br /> S ' Permit Number 90069. A copy of each permit is included in this report as <br /> Appendix C. <br /> The borehole cuttings generated during this investigation is temporarily stored t <br /> ` on site enveloped in plastic sheeting and not stored in 55-gallon drums as was <br /> stated in the work plan. This was done as a cost cutting measure to our client <br /> and to simplify the disposal process.
