.1 <br /> Geological Audit Services, Inc. <br /> Environmental Professionals <br /> EW 1803 March Lane, Suite A •Stockton, CA 95207-6414 • (209) 956 0264 • Fax (209) 956 0700 <br /> PROPOSED <br /> REVISED MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 94-701 <br /> FOR <br /> GEWEKE LAND DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING Q <br /> 16 SOUTH CHEROKEE LANE, LODI <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY I� <br /> AUGUST 1994 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> In response to the Revised Monitoring and Reporting Program No 94-701, prepared by the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB), Geological Audit <br /> Services, Inc (GeoAudit) has prepared this Proposed Monitonng Program for consideration <br /> by the CVRWQCB <br /> The site is located at 16 South Cherokee Lane in Lodi, California The location of the site <br /> . is illustrated on Figure 1 The network of monitoring wells at the site is illustrated on <br /> Figures 2 and 3 <br /> BIOREMEDIATION PROGRAM <br /> A "full scale" bioremediation program was initiated on Tuesday, August 16, 1994 At that <br /> time, approximately 1,200 gallons of inoculum was introduced into wells on-site Table 1 lists <br /> the volume of inoculum received into each well <br /> Both soil and groundwater were inoculated dunng the full scale inoculation Packers were <br /> used in several wells to allow the direction of inoculum into specific zones The packers used <br /> were non-pneumatic because a 100 percent seal was not necessary <br /> A total of nine monitoring wells, one extraction well and six remediation wells were <br /> inoculated The inoculation was viewed by Mr Harlin Knoll of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> Fourteen monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-14) and one extraction well (EW-1) are <br /> located on or near the site The groundwater monitoring program for petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons listed in the draft Revised Monitoring Program No 94-701 did not delete <br /> .
