Ground water flow direction continues to be toward the south-southwest at the site. • Hydrocarbon concentrations in ground water generally decreased at the site between the January and March 2000 sampling events. • TBA was detected in the ground water sample from one well during the January 2000 sampling event. Other oxygenates were not detected at the site. • Microbiological activity increased in MW-9 and decreased in MW-14 between the January and March 2000 sampling events. Nutrient concentrations remain stable, but below optimal. 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS Based upon data collected from the site, AGE recommends: • A reduction in the monitoring requirements for the site. A proposed revised monitoring schedule is included in Appendix D. • • As required by the Clean-up and Abatement Order for the subject property, the next ground water monitoring event will be scheduled for June 2000. • A meeting with the CVRWQCB and the PHS-EHD should be arranged to determine future requirements and cleanup goals for the site. 6.0. LIMITATIONS Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon field measurements and analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of available data points_ (i.e. ground water and/or soil samples) and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points.
