+l
10 March 2000
AGE-NC Project No. 95-0109
• TBA was detected in the ground water samples from two wells during the January 2000
sampling event. Other oxygenates were not detected at the site.
• Microbiological activity may have increased slightly at the site between the September 1999
and January 2000 sampling events. Nutrient concentrations remain below optimal.
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected from the site, AGE recommends:
• The CVRWQCB indicated that the Clean-up and Abatement Order for the subject property
cannot be removed until site closure is granted. However, modifications can be made. We
recommend a reduction in the monitoring requirements for the site. A proposed revised
monitoring schedule should be prepared.
• A meeting with the CVRWQCB and the PHS-EHD should be arranged to determine any
future requirements and cleanup goals for the site.
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon field
measurements and analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the
geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a
limited number of available data points (i.e. ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may
vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
professional recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced GeoEnvi ron mental,Inc.
