IS Former dry cleaners were identified at 11 North Cherokee in 1950 and at 1,11 South Cherokee Lane between 1926 and 1970. Records'predating-1926.,were not available. . A gasoline UST and dispenserwere removed from the'Richmaid property. The UST'was reportedly also used for waste oil prior to-removal. Operation of this UST does riot appear.to have impacted.' Y I round water at MW-.13, located near'the Ric hmaid property. " Numerous mechanic,shops, which may have contained USTs were also located along Cherokee Lane,.but are not detailed in this report. The subject property and surrounding area'east of Cherokee ; I Lane consisted"o' f'vineyards., prior to the 1940's. Current addresses and occupants and selected' Ile historical•occupants near the subject property are summarized in Appendix.D'.A According to the PHS=EHD and CVRWQCB databases, investigations have been performed at 35 . . North,Cherokee Lane (Beacon station), 1,6 South Cherokee Lane•.(subject,property), 200 South. ., Cherokee Lane (Lodi Auto Parts/Millehium Automotive) and 225,South Cherokee Lane (Arco `station). Np.other listings'were included in the area researched. 4.0. „DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS r �. Based•upon Ydata collected from the site, AGE finds: Ground water elevation decreased at the site duringthe-third.quarter of 1'999. Groundwater .,flow direction continues to be toward the south-southwest at the site. A-slight ground water , mound was again,detected near MW-9.,A ground water depression was detected west,of: ? '' 'MW-14-: ; Hydrocarbon concentrations in ground water generally decreased at the site,between the June' and September 1999 sampling events. ' TPH-g icancentrations in the sample collected from:MW-$decreased significantly since the ' June 1999 sampling event and are closer"to historical concentrations observed range. :, I, ._' ' TB'A was detected in'the'ground"water sample.from:four.wells,during the September,1999. sampling event.
