18 June 1997
AGE-NC Project No. 95-0109
insufficient nutrients to support acceptable levels of natural bioattenuation. Furthermore, the
samples have shown no significant levels of microbial-based biodegredation of the
hydrocarbons.
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected from the site, AGE recommends the following:
• AGE is in the process of obtaining a waste discharge permit or waiver for nutrient addition
at the site. Nutrient addition should commence upon receipt of the discharge permit or
approval of the waiver.
• The next quarterly ground water monitoring at the site should be scheduled for September
1997. Wells should be sampled in accordance with the Revised Monitoring and Reporting
Program.
•
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon field
measurements and analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the
geologic/hydro geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from
a limited number of available data points (i.e. monitoring wells, probe borings) and subsurface
conditions may vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made
as to the professional recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced CcoEnvironrnental,Inc.
