Keith Kaufman fq <br /> V <br /> Subject: Results of Physicochemical and Microbiological Analyses of Five (5) Soil <br /> Samples (GLDM) <br /> Listed below are the results from the referenced analyses performed on five (5) soil samples, <br /> designated P20-30, P20-40, P20-50, P21-40, and P21-50, collected on 6/20/97. All soil <br /> samples were slightly moist to moist, emitted strong hydrocarbon odors, and ranged from silty <br /> clays to fine sands in lithology. After appropriate dilution, the samples were plated onto TSA <br /> and MSA supplemented with 500 ppm gasoline as sole carbon substrate. Cultures were <br /> incubated under aerobic conditions at room temperature for six (6) days prior to enumeration. <br /> Physicochemical analyses were performed in accordance with previously described protocol. <br /> .
