ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation -Soil-Vapor Sampling <br /> 140 West Harding Way. Stockton, California, 95204 <br /> APN: 137-070-51, 137-070-52 and 137-070-53 <br /> I, Ramon Guerrero, property owner, do hereby grant permission to Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), to advance ten (10) soil borings, under San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department Permit at 140 West Harding Way, Stockton, <br /> California. The proposed work is being performed to determine if formerly installed <br /> underground storage tanks and related infrastructure have impacted shallow soil gas at the <br /> subject property. The scope of work will include the following: <br /> • Advancement of five (5), 1.25-inch diameter soil borings to a total depth of 5 feet <br /> below surface grade (bsg).The proposed soil borings will be advanced using a van <br /> or truck-mounted direct push probing rig. Soil-vapor samples will be collected at all <br /> locations and selectively analyzed for Total petroleum hydrocarbon quantified as <br /> gasoline (TPH-g) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs); <br /> • Advancement of five (5), 1.25-inch diameter soil borings to a total depth of 10 feet <br /> bsg.The proposed soil borings will be advanced using a van or truck-mounted direct <br /> push probing rig.Soil-vapor samples will be collected at all locations and selectively <br /> analyzed for TPH-g and VOCs; and <br /> • Upon completion all borings will be sealed with neat cement and the surface will be <br /> returned to the original condition. <br /> All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of <br /> the buyer, Mr. Farouk Diab. Additionally, all work performed at 140 West Harding Way, <br /> Stockton, California shall be conducted under permit and in accordance with all local <br /> regulations. <br /> Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation or testing performed at 140 West <br /> Harding Way,Stockton,California shall be forwarded to the agent of the owner, Ms. Nicole <br /> Key. <br /> AGE will provide 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activities, which shall be <br /> conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> Mr. Ramon Ouerrero Date: <br /> 1347 South EI Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, California, 95206 <br />
