Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water at the 3 comp sink is 115F. Increase hot water temp to 120F (minimum). Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed rat droppings on the counter underneath the Hostess bakery items, observed rat droppings on <br />the floor behind the soda machine, and observed mouse droppings in the cabinet under the soda machine and in the <br />cabinet under the 1 door Monster frig. Immediately clean up droppings, clean and sanitize the areas. <br />Observed a trail of ants coming from a trash can and running up into the ceiling. Take action to eliminate ants in the facility. <br />Take action to reduce/eliminate rodent and insect activity. Close off all openings into the facility.
