Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95 8� �q .06,i P <br /> 209/468.3420 <br /> P, <br /> KYLE CHRISTIE MAM JUN 141995 <br /> ARCO PRODUCTS COMPANY <br /> 2155 BASCOM AVE SUITE 202 <br /> CAMPBELL CA 95008 <br /> RE : ARCO sites in San Joaquin County <br /> On May 16, 1995, a meeting was held in the office of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) to discuss the progress of the investigations <br /> and remedial activities at the ARCO sites in San Joaquin County. <br /> The following were participants in the discussions : <br /> Kyle Christie ARCO Products Margaret Lagorio PHS/EHD <br /> Ron Zurlinden Brown and Caldwell Mary Meays PHS/EHD <br /> Jay Johnson EMCON Linda Turkatte PHS/EHD <br /> Diane Hinson PHS/EHD Harlin Knoll PHS/EHD <br /> The following are summaries of the discussions and agreements <br /> reached for each site. <br /> 501 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi ARCO Facility #434 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio <br /> Monitoring well 6 which was improperly abandoned with the <br /> construction of the Boston Chicken facility had reportedly <br /> been found with the use of ground penetrating radar. Boston <br /> Chicken was to be issued a "Notice to Abate" by PHS/EHD for <br /> the proper destruction of the monitoring well . ARCO was to <br /> obtain the permit for the destruction by May 23 , 1995 . <br /> The biofilter has been operating for about a month at this <br /> site. About two pounds a day of hydrocarbons are being <br /> extracted and with a 70-751; reduction by the biofilter less <br /> than one pound a day is being emitted as required by the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District . <br /> 25775 Patterson Pass Road, Tracy ARCO Facility #6100 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio <br /> A work plan for drilling on Robert Vieira' s property is to be <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD.
