The parcel is located at 26106 South <br /> Patterson Pass Road, Tracy, California. The environmental investigation we propose to <br /> conduct on your property will provide data on the condition of soil and groundwater <br /> southeast of ARCO Station No. 6100 and comply with PHS/EHS requirements that <br /> potential impacted soil and groundwater be delineated. <br /> Delta has enclosed two copies of the Zierra Family Ltd. License Agreement 'form and a <br /> figure.• Shown on the figure is the approximate location of the soil boring we propose to <br /> drill on your property. <br /> On behalf of ARCO, 4 Centerpointe Drive, La Palma, California, the soil boring will be <br /> drilled using a truck-moulted drill rig advancing 10-inch-diameter hollow stem augers to a <br /> depth of approximately 200 feet below ground surface.
