EI Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Re: Health Permit Guidelines <br /> Dear Owner/Operator: <br /> In order to better serve you, we are including this letter along with your permit so that <br /> you know what to expect in the future from our department. <br /> As part of the permit process, these are some guidelines to remember: <br /> 1. An inspection of your facility will be conducted at least once a year as staff time <br /> allows. <br /> 2. Store all food at least six (6) inches off the floor in your facility. <br /> 3. If you use refrigerators, keep the food temperature at or below 41° F. <br /> 4. All flooring must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. <br /> 5. All food facilities shall be kept free of rodents, roaches and other vermin. <br /> 6. No food preparation is to take place unless approved by the health inspector. <br /> Thank you for your prompt response to our letter. Your service to our community is <br /> appreciated.
