Chronology for 225 Cherokee Lane, Lodi <br /> Page 2 <br /> 10/11/04 Date of Site Assessment Report and Work Plan for Additional <br /> Assessment that contains the results of the March 2004 work. <br /> 11/29-30/04 Soil boring B28 and monitoring wells MW4 and MW5 installed. <br /> 2/17/05 Date of Site Assessment and Closure Request Report that contains <br /> results of November 2004 work. <br /> 7/18/05 Phone conversation with ARCO's consultant informing them that <br /> four quarters of groundwater results from MW4 and MW5 should be <br /> gathered prior to considering Site for closure. <br /> 2/15/06 Date of Site Closure Report. Groundwater contamination is <br /> laterally and vertically defined. Plume appears to be stable and 1,2 <br /> DCA concentrations have varied from 1.2 to 26 parts per billion <br /> (ppb). The highest concentration in January 2006 was 14 ppb. <br />
