The water will then be transported to the Blaine Tech holding facility in Sacramento, <br /> California. Dillard Environmental Services will then dispose of the water at the Altamont Resource and <br /> Recovery Facility in Altamont,California. <br /> SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> URS will conduct a sensitive receptor survey to document the existence of water supply wells and <br /> surface water bodies within 2,000-feet of the site.
