a division of
ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS June 24,T199' ' Emeon `J
`Project 20805-142.008
a
Ms. Margaret Lagorio
San Joaquin County Public Health Services
Environmental Health Division
304 East Weber Ave, Third Floor
P.O. Box 388
Stockton, California 95201-0388
Re: Onsite Well Monitoring and Inspection Plan, ARCO Products Company Station No. 760,
225 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, California
Dear Ms. Lagorio:
Pinnacle Environmental Solutions, a division of EMCON (Pinnacle), has prepared this workplan
for continued monitoring of on-site wells located at ARCO Service Station No. 760, located at
225 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, California(see Figures 1 and 2). The site received closure of the
leaking undelgraund storage tank case. ARCO intends to keep the onsite monitoring wells (MW-
1 through MW-4) and onsite vapor extraction wells (VW-1 through VW-5 and VW-7 through
VW-11) for future use, if necessary. In order to keep the wells in service, a monitoring plan is
required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division
(SJCPHS/EHD).
Annual water level measurements in all onsite wells and wellhead inspections are proposed for
the first quarter of each year. The water levels will be tabulated and a status report will be
prepared and submitted to the SJCPHS/EHD. Wellhead inspection will confirm that the integrity
of the well head has not been compromised. In the event the locking, ivell cap, vault box, or
surface seal have been damaged, they will be repaired or replaced.
If you have any questions regarding this plan, please call.
Sincerely,
Pinnacle
Mark Capps, .G.
