You have been credited with 12 semester units of approved science <br /> coursework. <br /> You must complete the following education, experience and training: <br /> Option 106635 l <br /> Education: Completion of an additional 18 semester units of approved coursework <br /> including the following courses: <br /> General Basic Biology Lecture and Laboratory <br /> General Basic Microbiology Lecture and Laboratory <br /> General Basic Organic Chemistry Lecture and Laboratory--OiR--Genoral <br /> Basic Physics Lecture and Laboratory <br /> Experience: 18 months(see enclosure) <br /> Training: 600 flours(see enclosure) i <br /> l <br /> Upon receipt of documentation that you have completed the education, experience,and training requirements you will <br /> be admitted to the Registered Environmental Health Specialist Examination. Thirty months from the date of <br /> this letter we will request a written verification that you are still interested in registration as an Environmental Health <br /> Specialist.
