Within 30 days return the filled out form and statements of corrective actions or an update of the <br /> status to being compliant. I have also included a list of SPCC companies put together by the Stanislaus County <br /> Department of Environmental Resources.An brochure from the office of the State Fire Marshal is also attached, it gives <br /> a brief overview of the APSA/SPCC requirements. <br /> In preparing for the site visit, I noticed that the CERS hazardous material business plan (HMBP)and inventory have not <br /> been fully submitted or were rejected by the department. If you have questions regarding the HMBP submission on <br /> CERS you can contact inspector NICHOLAS LOEHRER at(209)468-0623 or nloehrer@sicehd.com for questions dealing <br /> with HMBP regulations and requirements. <br /> FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank, <br /> and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators.
