San Joaquin County <br /> Prepared for: <br /> OIL EQUIPMENT SERVICE <br /> by <br /> !r <br /> CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> December 5, 1990 <br /> I9 t <br /> I r� <br /> 4 <br /> 1 .0 INTRODUCTION <br /> I <br /> On November 13, 1990, Oil Equipment service, under the <br />{ direct supervision of Keith Tallia, removed, a total of four <br /> underground storage tanks and the associated underground <br /> fuel delivery lines from the property located at 820 S. <br /> Cherokee Lane in Lodi , California (Figure 1 ) . Three tanks <br /> I <br /> had contained gasoline and one tank had contained diesel <br /> fuel . The tanks were located side by side and parallel to <br /> each other as shown in Figure 2. The final dimensions of <br /> 'I 7 <br /> the excavation were approximately 3511feet by 30 feet with a <br /> total depth of approximately 11 feet'i! (Figure 2) .
