Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has requested entry onto the subject property in order to perform Cone <br /> Penetrating Tests for the Project to Rehabilitate the Federal Flood Control Levees. The tests will collect data such as soil <br /> composition analysis with the intent to identify areas for further Standard Penetrating Test drilling that will aid in <br /> determining the best ways to fix and rehabilitate the levees. The property owner has been cooperative and requested no <br /> drilling be performed in areas that would disturb the grape vines. After reviewing the request with USACE, they confirmed <br /> that this was not an issue and language was added to the TEP.
