Kayo <br /> leases this property and plans to return the property to the <br /> owner. <br /> The subsurface site investigation work has found only soil <br /> contamination at this site. The groundwater is normally at <br /> least 100 feet below surface. Groundwater Technology is <br /> reviewing the site assessment data and is preparing a <br /> remediation proposal . They feel that soil venting will be an <br /> appropriate technique for remediation. Assessment Consultant: GMS and Associates <br /> Several previous subsurface investigations have been conducted <br /> and have found soil and groundwater contamination. GMS and <br /> associates was contracted to review all the existing data and <br /> prepare a single comprehensive report. They found several <br /> inconsistencies in the data and have recommended that several <br /> monitoring wells be abandoned and replaced. A proposal has been <br /> submitted for the abandonment and based on RWQCB verbal approval <br /> we will proceed . <br /> As soon as the abandonment and replacement of the wells is <br /> completed, GMS wil•1 complete their site assessment report . <br /> Fast Gas <br /> 800 East Highway 12 <br /> Lodi , CA <br /> Env.
