This decision was made by Kayo management <br /> in an effort to eliminate any long terns liability that might result <br /> from allowing these tanks to remain subsurface. <br /> During the course of the remtval process at the above referenced lo- <br /> cation, a soil sample was taken by Klelnfelder and Associates and <br /> analyzed (EPA #8010, 8020, TPH, & PCB's) by California Analytical <br /> Laboratories.
