Cherokee Lane <br /> Lodi, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has <br /> received concurrence from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for no <br /> further action required at the above referenced site. A copy of their concurrence letter is <br /> enclosed. <br /> The monitoring and vapor extraction wells for this site must be destroyed. Please submit a <br /> work plan for destruction of all the off site and on site wells, along with a permit application, <br /> a$60 permit fee for each parcel (wells placed in City of Lodi easements would be <br /> considered one parcel) and property owner agreements or encroachment permits. <br /> The City of Lodi has expressed an interest in sampling monitoring wells prior to their <br /> destruction at sites within the area of investigation of the Lodi groundwater solvent plume <br /> contamination.
