Zihis decision was made by Kayo management <br /> in an effort to eliminate any long term liability, that might result <br /> from allowing these tanks to remain. subsurface. <br /> During -the course of the removal process at the above referenced lo- <br /> cation, a soil sample was taken by Kleinfelder and Associates and <br /> analyzed (EPA #8010, 8020, 7PH, & PCB's) by California Analytical <br /> Iaboratories. 7M sample was taken at the directim of a San Joaquin <br /> County representative. <br /> Attached is the sample result and a location map of the waste oil tank. <br /> Due to the nature of the result being nondetectable, it is the inten- <br /> tion of Kayo to take no further action in this matter at this location. <br /> To date, the tank hole has been backfilled with the excavated soil <br /> and resurfaced. <br /> If you have any questions or if I can be of further service, please <br /> contact me at the Lodi. office. <br /> Sincerely: Lodi Office: PO BOX 190 <br /> Lodi, CA 95241 <br /> Paul F.
