The results are presented in the
attached tables for your review. Included are summaries of the gas
chromatograph analyses of the influent and effluent air streams.
Please note that the air bag analyses are noir undertaken by both blest
L;bs and the EVAX in-house Air Compliance Laboratory
in the su . All data entered
es ry tables -based on west Lab analyses. Comparative
analyses for 12 November are included for your reference.
A sound blanket has surrounded the equipment area since 18 October in
response to residential noise complaints. Onsite and property-line
decibel measurements made before and after installation of the sound
wall indicated a substantial reduction in noise outside the equipment
area. NO comPlaints have, been received since the installation of the
noise abatement wall.
It was noted that the high TVH levels observed in the vapor probe field
in early November may have been due to a tank overfill and would
therefore only represent a temporary excursion. Concentrations did
generally decline in
monitorings. the probe field during the more recent
_
- - __- -- - -- nNaver,- the s#td was visited and the system was found to be in
an inoperative state. The unit had gone dorm on 9 November due to a
flame failure. The system was revived, monitored and adjusted on this
date.
