Record forms of tank testing <br /> and inspections have been completed and are filed with the SPCC plan on site. <br /> #619—A staff member has been trained on the general operation of the facility and regulatory <br /> guidelines of the Spill Prevention,Control and Countermeasure procedures.This employee has been <br /> designated to follow discharge procedure protocols and conduct regular maintenance of equipment to <br /> prevent discharges,as of September 19,2019. <br /> #622—An annual prevention briefing of discharge measures for oil handling was conducted on <br /> September 1,2019 and are scheduled to take place during the September month on an annual basis. <br /> #623—Lionudakis SPCC plan has been updated to display the lighting fixtures that are present to <br /> address security measures at oil storage areas. Please see the attached updated version to reflect this <br /> change. Page 11 of the SPCC plan. <br /> #715—Liquid level sensing devices are present and installed on the tanks in question.The devices were <br /> inspected on October 28,2019 by a certified inspector. Please see the attached certification <br /> acknowledging devices are in proper operating order.The SPCC plan has also been updated to reflect <br /> the testing procedures and testing of these devices. <br />
