Lee Boggs, of the Central Valley Region W.n.C.B. . The <br /> purpose of the meeting was to review the actions taken by Kayo Oil <br /> Company to ensure the facilities we are selling are environmentally <br /> sound. Mr. Boggs stated that he would forward you copies of the <br /> initial reports from I. T. Corporation. However, enclosed is an <br /> additional set of those reports for the facilities in San Joaquir <br /> County. <br /> It was agreed at this meeting that additional drilling and soil <br /> analysis would be conducted at three locations in your county. Moni- <br /> toring wells will be completed per Mr. Boggs' requests. The table <br /> below summarizes the locations and actions to be taken as discussed. <br /> Location Actions Compl. Mtg. The mitigative actions shall be based upon individual <br /> site conditions such as 1) the probability of groundwater contami- <br /> nation, 2) the soil conditions, 3) the amount of hydrocarbon found <br /> and 4) the depth and movement of the hydrocarbon. <br /> Assuming the results of this additional drilling can be forwarded to <br /> you by April 8, Kayo wishes to meet with you on or about April 12, <br /> 1985.
