' winstm#120
Lodi,CA
tAugust 8,2002
10.0 PHASE I/II CONCLUSIONS
' SECOR has performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and
limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527-00 and a limited Phase II subsurface investigation of the Winston Tire
Store#120, located at 923 South Cherokee Lane, in Lodi, San Joaquin County,California.
The following recognized environmental conditions were identified during the performance of the Phase I
ESA:
' • Four hydraulic lifts were noted at the Site that appear to be original Site installations. The
original construction date of the Site structure is approximately 1980 and the likely installation
' date of the hydraulic lifts is approximately 198 1. Therefore the lifts are more than 20 years in
age. In accordance with Goodyear Combined Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site
Assessment Specification, the hydraulic lifts are considered a recognized environmental
condition.
No constituents were detected above the method detection limit for the soil samples submitted to the
analytical laboratory for analysis of TPH DRO/ORO.
' 0037 gy store 120 phase 2 reviewedl.doc SECOR International Incorporated
14
