' 1990. In general, the law requires owners or operators of AST's with petroleum <br /> products to file a storage statement and pay a fee by July 1, 1990 and every <br /> two years thereafter, take specific action to prevent spills, and in certain <br /> instances implement a groundwater monitoring program. That was last updated in <br /> 1994. Track Info Services included the UST information from the FIDS database <br /> in its First Search reports for historical purposes to help its clients <br /> identify where tanks may possibly have existed.
