The hazardous materials inventory <br /> shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year . Immediately log into the CERS at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, enter the correct or updated information , <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508 . 1 (a ) -(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations . <br /> During the inspection , eight drums of waste oily solids , two drums of waste oil filters and a tank of hydraulic oil were <br /> found on site that have not been reported and the updated information has not been submitted . Within 30 days of <br /> one the following events , business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System ( CERS) : <br /> - A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material . <br /> - Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> - A change of business address , business ownership , or business name . <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments : <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection , May 21 , 2019 . Lather the <br /> same day, the report was amended by the EHD . This amended report replaces the initial report . <br /> The report was amended to add the tank of hydraulic oil to violations 5 and 6 . <br /> Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map . Please address this <br /> by either writing " NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site . Some of the map <br /> pages have not been numbered . Please correct these by the next submittal . <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation , and any supporting <br /> paperwork , within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report . <br /> Starting September 1 , 2018 , all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($ 152 ) .
