San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.slaov.org/ehd <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> MARTIN-BROWER CO 4704 FITE CT, STOCKTON JIMay 23, 2019 <br /> Item# I Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> 1585 cubic feet of Argon Mixture(75%Argon, 25%CO2), and 55 gallons of Windshield Washer Fluid were found <br /> on site that have not been reported.The facility has 3,000 gallons of diesel for the Diesel Generator and only <br /> reported 300 gallons. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed with all required information. Site Map 1 did not contain north orientation. The site <br /> map did not list the location of all the chemicals ( Lead-Acid Batteries,Windshield washer fluid, Diesel <br /> Generators)and Ammonia). The site map did not list the location of all the emergency response equipment. A site <br /> map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the <br /> map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite to conduct a routine hazardous materials business plan inspection. There were two violations during the <br /> inspection.
