At time of inspection there were no shut down device or limiting devices, such as <br /> Morrison Bros or a Guillotine fill limiting devices as a further protection against overfilling. . <br /> Gene Cummins Tank: Product off load area is contained by operator at the AST during filling <br /> operations, wherein the fill port is opened, a fill hose inserted into the fill port and filling <br /> commenced. The operator can visually monitor the filling operations to ensure that no spills <br /> occur. Should such a spill occur, the product would be contained at the site by the concrete <br /> berm. There are no other devices which would serve as Spill Containment for this tank system . <br />
