The followings were noted:
• This property consists of a 3-bedroom single family residence and a swimming pool. This property is served by septic and
well.
• There is no septic/well permit history on file.
• The ground water is 30' to 40' below surface.
• Due to the size of the lot,the current setback requirement, 100' from septic tank and leach field to well, cannot be met. The
setback requirements will follow the existing, non-conforming OWTS, 50' from septic tank and leach field to well, per
section 1.5 of San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards.
• Two possible septic repair areas with minimum 50' setback from any wells were identified on the West side of property:
Option One: 400 ff-of filter bed.
Option Two: 40' leach lines and a 4' x 12' x 8' (deep)sump.
• A septic repair permit is required prior to the initation of any repair or installation.
Map Area
See Attached
RECEIVED BY: v DATE:MAY 10,2019
e
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST: PERMITS PLUS DATE:
EHD 48-037 Official Consultation Report
9/18/07
