I closed out the violation for the leaking hose. For the secondary <br /> containment for the two 140 gallon storage tanks I looked back at the SPCC plan that I was sent and page 9 was <br /> missing. I counted out nine pages and it was the site map. The plan I received also has page numbers out of order but <br /> there wasn't any with page 9 on it.
