American Paving Systems,Inc. in Manteca, CA is a professional Road Repair and Paving service operation working under SIC Code 1611 and pursuant to 40 CFR 112 hereby establishes a Certified Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plan (hereafter referred to as SPCC Plan) which will be maintained at the working site_The management of American Paving Systems,Inc., Manteca, CA acknowledges its responsibilities to its neighbors,employees, and the community to take all reasonable actions and measures necessary to prevent spills from the facility in order to protect human health and the environment. If, despite American Paving Systems, Ine.'s efforts, a spill does occur, trained agents and employees of American Paving Systems, Inc. will take all necessary steps as defined within the SPCC Plan to minimize the impact of such a spill. The SPCC Plan is a working document designed to be sustainable and used as a tool by American Paving Systems, Inc. to prevent or minimize oil product spills. As such, American Paving Systems,Inc.will see that its agents and employees are properly informed of the provisions of the SPCC Plan, are properly trained and know their role in maintaining the SPCC Plan or on minimizing a spill that occurs. American Paving Systems, Inc. is committed to providing the necessary resources to establish and maintain the Spill Prevention Control&Countermeasures set forth herein. The SPCC Plan will be reviewed at minimum every five years, from implementation, or sooner if facility changes impact the SPCC Plan requirements. Any engineering certification required for facility operating changes will be added to Appendix K. The SPCC Plan will replace all previous versions and establishes an efficient method for maintaining compliance with 40 CFR 112 requirements. (Tank is a Certified UL 142 Single Wall tank)
