The following is an itemized list of aboveground petroleum storage act violations that
have not been addressed for ATS MANTECA as of July09, 2019.
Open violations from April 26, 2019 inspection
Violation #706 -Failed to provide and maintain adequate secondary containment.
The two 140 gallon motor oil tanks were observed with insufficient secondary containment. Two 55 gallon drums of
motor were observed off of the secondary containment pallets. All bulk storage tanks must be provided with a
secondary means of containment for the entire capacity of the tank and sufficient freeboard to contain precipitation.
Immediately provide sufficient secondary containment for this and all other tanks at this facility.
Violation #717 -Failed to promptly correct visible discharges and/or remove accumulations of oil in diked
areas.
The 140 gallon tank of 15W-30 was observed with a leaking hose. Visible discharges which result in a loss of oil
from a container, including but not limited to seams, gaskets, piping, pumps, valves, rivets, and bolts, must be
promptly corrected. Immediately fix the hose and provide proof to the EHD.
