CHRONOLOGY <br /> STAN MORRI FORD <br /> 104 N ELEVENTH ST <br /> TRACY CA 95376 <br /> 11/16/88 150 gallon Underground Storage Tank (UST) previously <br /> containing waste oil removed under permit and inspection by <br /> this office, soil contamination observed. <br /> 02/10/89 UAR completed upon receipt of laboratory report dated <br /> December 14 , 1988 indicating soil contamination. <br /> 11/13/89 Received request from Lambert Barnum (property owner) for <br /> oversight of remedial activities. <br /> 12/06/89 Site placed in Local Oversight Program and correspondence <br /> sent to Lambert Barnum <br /> 01/16/90 Area under and around previous tank location overexcavated <br /> during inspection; soil removed for disposal and pit <br /> dewatered. <br /> 11/17/90 Soil and groundwater samples collected and excavation <br /> backfilled with clean imported soil. <br /> 02/09/90 Review of soil and groundwater results indicated groundwater <br /> contamination and soil contaminated residual on south wall <br /> of previous excavation. <br /> 05/29/90 On site soil borings and 3 monitoring wells installed <br /> 08/13/90 Reviewed report prepared by Murray and Associates, <br /> groundwater only contaminated with purgeable halo carbons <br /> (no waste oil found) <br /> 10/30/90 Began removal of additional contaminated soil from area <br /> south of previous excavation <br /> 11/01/90 Completed soil removal, oil sampling completed. <br /> 01/28/91 Reviewed soil results for second phase soil removal, low <br /> contamination residual on south wall remains. <br /> 03/25/91 Received receipts for soil removed and delivered to disposal <br /> site. <br /> 09/10/91 Reviewed Final Report prepared by Murray and Associates <br /> requesting "Closure" . Groundwater results for all sampling <br /> rounds consistent, no B.T.E.X. or oil/grease found but <br /> purgeable haolcarbons present at low concentrations. <br /> 07/24/92 Completed chronology and referral letter for CVRWQCB <br />
