Recommendation: <br /> In March 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation: The San Joaquin <br /> .County LOP has approved a Feb 2008 work plan to define the extent of <br /> contamination and the Fund concurs with the need for-additional site <br /> investigation. The Fund recommends the Responsible Party conduct regular <br /> groundwater monitoring and upload existing data to GeoTracker. The Fund will <br /> review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, March 2009: The Fund concurs with the San Jaoquin County LOP <br /> that this'site should be monitored for one hydrologic cycle to determine the <br /> nature and extent of groundwater contamination.
