A calculation of contaminant mass remaining in both soil and groundwater. <br /> 2. A prediction of how long (in years) it will be until the dissolved contaminant <br /> concentrations on site reach water quality objectives. <br /> 3. A discussion of the potential vapor intrusion threat from the remaining contamination <br /> in both soil and groundwater. <br /> 4. All other requirements of the Tri-Regional Guidelines Appendix A. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the requested Closure Report. It is due for submittal no later <br /> than November 5, 2010. Additionally, in correspondence dated July 8, 2009 you were <br /> directed to conduct semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling of your site. The EHD <br /> has not been noted of a sampling event since November 2009.
