I am pretty sure Test America is familiar with this process, I see their data
on other contaminated UST sites.
Field notes do not need to be separately submitted, they are included in reports. X,Y and Z data are usually
submitted in a specific format as well, and are titled/submitted as such (ie: not as a 'geo_report'), but I received
them the way you submitted them because they are identifiable by the name. Boring logs are submitted
separately, even though they may be in reports as well, as are current updated site maps('geo_map'). Depth to
water measurements are submitted separately('geo_well'), quarterly or as often as they are collected.
Thank you,
Lori Duncan,Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
iduncan@sjcehd.com
(209)468-0337 phone
(209)468-3433 fax
3/23/2009
Y
