The figures were submitted on your behalf by <br /> TRC Solutions (TRC), and are intended to accompany a scope of work proposed in Soil and <br /> Groundwater Investigation Work Plan dated October 4, 2007 and Soil and Groundwater <br /> Investigation Work Plan Addendum dated December 17, 2007. The EHD directed revision of <br /> the figures to more accurately identify the historical locations of significant site features, and <br /> to properly place soil borings proposed in the Work Plan and Work Plan Addendum. <br /> The EHD approves the proposed soil boring locations indicated on the submitted revised <br /> Figure 5. TRC has stated they intend to use sonic drilling method to install the borings. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County Well Permit Application, required <br /> $89.00 permit fee and $289.00 inspection fee, and with scheduling the approved work. <br /> Deadline for implementation of the proposed scope of work is May 30, 2008.
