The work plan that was submitted by Al Ridley of URSGWC was over the limit
that I am authorized to spend.
In asking for approval from CCT's Board of Directors,I was advised to obtain 2 additional
bids. At this time I have received one bid from Environmental Resources Management out of Walnut
Creek, CA., and Hydro-Environmental Technical Inc., of Alameda, CA., is preparing another. Also
URSGWC is going to resubmit their proposal.
Therefore the reason for this letter is to request an extension on the time limit for submitting a
work plan as required. If there are any questions on this matter please do not hesitate to call me at
(209)466-6927.
Very truly yours,
10' 6Z
P. E. Copple
