All well installation and sampling will be conducted <br /> in accordance with the attached Standard Field Procedures for Well Installation and Sampling <br /> provided as Appendix B. <br /> 3.2 Verification Monitoring <br /> - Quarterly groundwater monitoring and reporting of the on site wells will resume post remediation <br /> activities and will continue until it is determined that the site meets the SJCDEH and Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board prerequisites for closure. <br /> 4.0 REPORTING <br /> 4.1 Remedial Action Report <br /> A report presenting all well abandonment, remedial, and well installation activities conducted at the <br /> site will be prepared and submitted to the client and the SJCDEH within 45 days following <br /> completion of on site activities. <br /> 5.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of the CCTC with specific application to the site <br /> located at1645 Cherokee Road, Stockton, California. The use of this report, its contents, or any part <br /> of it, by anyone other than Client or authorized designee, is not allowed. <br /> The services provided under this contract, as described in this report, include professional opinions <br /> and judgments based on data collected. These services have been performed according to generally <br /> accepted standards and practices. The opinions and conclusions contained in this report are based on <br /> information obtained from: <br /> 1. Observations and measurements by our field geologist; <br /> 2.The soil bores and monitoring wells installed at the site; <br /> 3. Information from previous investigations; and <br /> 4. The results of chemical testing by a state-certified laboratory. <br /> The Client acknowledges that BES has been retained for the sole purpose of assisting the Client in <br /> assessing and/or remediating the petroleum hydrocarbon contamination at the project site. It is <br /> recognized and agreed that BES and sub-consultants have assumed responsibility only for performing <br /> this investigation and presenting this report and conclusions to the Client. The responsibility for <br /> making any further evaluation, disclosure, or report to any third party or for the taking of corrective, <br /> remedial,and/or mitigative action shall be solely that of the Client. <br /> The Client agrees to hold BES and sub-consultants harmless from any and all liability, damage, loss, <br /> cost, or expense, including attorney fees, in any way arising from the claim of any third party. BES <br /> agrees not to make, except to the Client or at Client's request, any report to any third party not legally <br /> required of it. <br /> 5 Bohm Environmental Solutions <br />
