The State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) will invoice you directly for <br /> activities performed under the auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site <br /> evaluation performed by Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) is to certify <br /> closures of underground tank leakage sites. Closure certification occurs only after mitigation activities <br /> are completed. <br /> In addition, the "Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and Investigation of <br /> Underground Tanks"and"Appendix A"reporting format and the LUFT Manual shall be utilized as guidance <br /> documents in the preparation of work plans and/or reports. <br /> In previous correspondence San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) notified you that further investigation of the site was needed. State Water Resources Control <br /> Board Cleanup Fund Program staff has recently reviewed the UST file of PHS/EHD to determine if you <br /> are in compliance with our corrective action orders and directives for the site. PHS/EHD is directing you <br /> to submit a work plan to further investigate the extent of contamination at this site by May 15, 1995. <br /> A list of consultants that have worked in this county is enclosed.
