Collect a <br /> discrete ground water sample from the shallow ground water zone <br /> (hole 1), another discrete ground water sample from the deeper <br /> water bearing zone (hole 2), collect soil lithological data from hole 3, <br /> and also collect deeper ground water samples from deeper water <br /> bearing zones if contamination is noted at total depth proposed and <br /> • Ground water samples to be analyzed for TPHg and TPHd by EPA <br /> Method 8015m and BTEX, 1,2-DCA, EDB, MtBE, Fuel Oxygenates <br /> TCE, and PCE by EPA Method 8260B and, <br /> • Submit a report of findings to EHD. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> • Report of Findings is to be in the format of a Site Conceptual Model <br /> (SCM). Cross sections, bore logs, tabulated analytical data, and iso- <br /> concentrations maps for ALL constituents of concern from ALL <br /> subsurface data collected to date are to be included in the SCM. <br /> Conclusions for delineation, residual mass, migration, and remedial <br /> feasibility are to be based on site-specific data for this site. Cost <br /> estimates and feasibility evaluations for each remedial alternative, as <br /> well as a professional evaluation/discussion of the site are also to be <br /> included in the SCM. Recommendations for further investigation <br /> and/or remedial action alternatives are to be included in the <br /> discussion. <br />
