The SDWA does not require the drinking water at a Transient Non-Community Water <br /> System to be in compliance with this MCL. CGWS is required to continually post public health <br /> notices at the facility to inform their employees and guests of the presence of tetrachloroethylene <br /> and the health risks associated with it. A sample of the health language has been included. <br /> Please place it on your letterhead and submit a copy to San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to posting by February 1, 2002. <br /> Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in further legal action.
