RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon data obtained from the site, AGE recommends the following <br /> U Further assessment of the extent of impacted soil has been required by the PHS-EHD A <br /> work plan to fully assess impacted soil at the site was approved by the PHS-EHD in March <br /> 1999 Initiation of the proposed assessment is scheduled for June 1999 <br /> G The next quarterly monitoring event is scheduled for June 1999 In accordance with <br /> monitoring requirements from the PHS-EHD, monitoring wells UST-2 through UST-5 and <br /> the proposed new monitoring well (MW-6) will be sampled at that time <br /> 6.0.
