INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request' of Mr ' Ellis Cecchim of Cecchlnl, Cecchlnl a and Giovannom, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this report for field work performed at 3535 East <br /> Cherokee Road, Stockton,California,during the fourth quarter of 2001 The scope of work Included <br /> monitoring the ground water well network on the site, sampling the small and large domestic wells <br />' and disposal of water generated during ground water montoring activities This report documents <br /> collection and analysis of ground water samples and the results of ground water measurements <br /> The site setting is Illustrated in Figure 1 Structures, monitoring well and sail boring locations are <br /> illustrated in Figures 2 and 3 Background Information was summarized In the Quarterly Report <br /> September 1999,dated 29 December 1999,prepared by AGE Quarterly monitoring data aquired to <br /> date is included in tables of this report <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />�} Six ground water monitoring wells and two domestic wells were purged and sampled on <br /> 28 December 2001 Fieldwork was performed in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />' (EHD) guidelines for the investigations of underground storage tank (UST) sites and sampling <br /> ground water monitoring wells <br /> 21 WASTE DISPOSAL <br /> On 16 November 2001,approximately 250 gallons of non-hazardous purge water were pumped from <br /> on-site 55-gallon ,drums The purge water had been generated during previous ground water <br /> I monitoring events Pumping and disposal was completed by American Valley Waste Oil, Inc of <br /> Delhi,California The purge water was disposed at Seaport Environmental located in Redwood City, <br /> California A copy of the waste disposal manifest is in Appendix A <br /> 2 2 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> A Sohnst water level meter was used to measure�the depth to ground water relative to the taps of the <br /> well casings in six monitoring wells in the area of the former UST locations The ground water <br /> elevation in each well and groundwater flow direction for the site were determined from the data <br /> collected (Table 1) ` <br /> r <br /> , I Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> •'l <br /> t <br />
