INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Ellis Cecchini of Cecchim, Cecchmi and Giovannoni, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this report for field work performed at 3535 East <br /> Cherokee Road, Stockton, California, during the second quarter of 2001 The scope of work this <br />' quarter included monitoring the ground water well network on the site and sampling the small and ` <br /> large domestic well This report documents collection and analysis of ground water samples and the <br /> results of ground water measurements <br /> I r <br /> The site setting is illustrated in Figure 1 ,Structures, monitoring well and soil boring locations are <br /> illustrated in Figures 2 and 3 Background information was summarized in the Quarterly Report - <br />' September 1999, dated 29 December 1999, prepared by AGE <br /> M , <br /> I2.0. , PROCEDURES <br /> . Six ground water monitoring wells and two domestic wells were purged and sampfed on 18 June <br /> i2001 Field work was performed in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) and San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental <br /> I Health Division(FHS-EHD)guidelines for the investigation ofunderground storage tank(UST)sites <br /> and sampling ground water monitoring wells <br /> 21 PURGE WATER WASTE DISPOSAL <br />' On 04 June 2001, approximately 450 gallons of non-hazardous purge water was pumped from <br /> on-site 55-gallon drums The purge water was generated during previous ground water monitoring <br /> events Pumping and disposal was completed by American Valley Waste Oil, Inc of Delhi, " <br />' California All waste was disposed at Seaport Environmental located in Redwood City, California <br /> A copy of the waste disposal manifest is included in Appendix A ; <br /> 2 2 WELL PURGE PROCEDURES I <br /> On 18 June 2001, a Soloist water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water relative <br /> to the in six casings tops of the well morutorm wells in the area of the former UST locations and <br /> g g <br /> one well at 3400 Newton Road The"ground water elevation in each well and ground water flow - <br />' direction for the site were determined from the data collected (Table 1) I - i i , , <br /> I <br /> After measuring ground water depths, monitoring wells UST-1 through UST-6 were purged using <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmeutA Inc <br /> + I <br />
